A: You can register online with a credit card. Cash and checks will be

Q: Does my child need a ticket?
A: Children five and older will need a ticket. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Q: Where does the tour begin?
A: The tour begins at 360 Velarde Street in Mountain View.
Q: Where are the homes located?
A: The homes are all located in Old Mountain View.
Q: Are shoes allowed in the homes?
A: Some homeowners may ask that you remove your shoes at the door. Signs will be posted
Q: Are public restrooms available at the homes?
A: Designated restrooms will be available at some homes.
Q: If I see something in a home that I like, how can I get more information?
A: Representatives, including homeowners and professionals such as architects, kitchen and bath designers and landscapers, will be available to answer questions. Not all types of representatives will be available at all homes.
Q: Where should I park?
A: Parking in Old Mountain View can be sometimes be difficult as the streets are very narrow. Check in is located on Velarde Street which is particularly narrow. The tour homes are within a few blocks of each other so you should not need to drive between homes. We suggest parking on either Dana or Mercy Streets or in the parking lot at Landels school.
Q: Can I take photographs inside the homes?
A: Cameras are not allowed in the homes.
Q: Are there any other restrictions?
A: Food, beverages, strollers, photography, and smoking are prohibited inside the homes.
Q: Can I bring my pet on the Home Tour?
A: With the exception of assistance animals, pets are not allowed in the tour homes.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We appreciate your support of MVEF.
